By accessing and using SquirrelHQ's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

SquirrelHQ provides marketing automation software including email marketing, CRM, and workflow automation tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding email marketing, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our fees upon 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

SquirrelHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
