Our story
SquirrelHQ started with a simple frustration. Growing a business already costs enough without paying for ten different marketing tools that don't talk to each other, then paying again every time you add a contact or a seat.
The tools built for big companies are powerful, but expensive and complicated. The cheaper ones are scattered and shallow. Agencies get the worst of both worlds: they can't even put their own name on the software they resell to clients.
So we set out to build one platform that does it all. Email and SMS, CRM and pipelines, landing pages, funnels, forms, scheduling and automation, in a single place. Deep enough to replace the standalone tool for each, and ready to run entirely under your own brand.
We're early, and we're proud of it. We launched recently and we're onboarding our first members now, building the product hand in hand with the people who use it. Every piece of feedback shapes what we build next.
Where we're going is clear: we want to become the platform that agencies and growing businesses run their marketing on. We'll keep adding depth, keep listening, and keep our promise of powerful marketing software that is genuinely yours, at a price that makes sense.
Who's behind SquirrelHQ

Founder
SquirrelHQ is founder-built. Tomas is a full-stack developer who designed and wrote the platform end to end, from the marketing tools you see to the dedicated infrastructure each workspace runs on.
Being small is a feature right now. When you join, Tomas onboards you personally, and when you request something, you're talking to the person who builds it. If you want to know anything about the product or the company, ask directly.
